Tasks

-Support technical aspects of leasing, ensuring alignment with project objectives and operational standards -Contribute to the budgeting, scoping, and strategic setup of capital projects across the portfolio -Manage the solicitation, preparation, and evaluation of bid documents, and review contracts to confirm complete scope coverage -Lead constructability reviews to ensure design documents are practical, efficient, and aligned with project goals -Represent the organization in meetings with internal departments, architects, engineers, and consultants to define project requirements, specifications, and schedules -Serve as a liaison with construction officials, building occupants, contractors, vendors, and the public to facilitate permitting and project advancement -Oversee the construction and implementation phases of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution -Maintain and monitor construction schedules to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones -Collaborate with the Design and Development team to establish project timelines, monitor requirements, and secure necessary approvals -Provide tracking and analytical support to project leads across planning, permitting, engineering, and construction activities -Conduct research and prepare comprehensive materials and presentations to facilitate project approvals from governmental agencies and utility providers
