Overview

Design and manage structural projects 2-40M, hybrid office, 3-day remote work

Tasks

The role will include hands on design for a wide range of buildings projects, site visits, reports, running projects (with support) and liaising with clients and architects. Projects generally range from £2-£10m in value – one currently is £40m – and are often architecturally focused/high end in a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, education and religious buildings. You would need mid sized project experience of new builds and refurbs, in all the main materials.

What You Bring

London EC1 (2 days in office) Excellent links to the IStructE with Directors playing an active part. The Directors have a large firm working backgrounds and are used to mentoring people for Chartership. You would need to be sufficiently experienced that you are comfortable working from home 3 days per week. You will be giving appropriate support and direction and the company attend the London office 2 days per week, all in together on the same days each week (days by mutual team agreement).
