Tasks

-Collaborate directly with owners, engineers, and internal project managers. -Support internal handoffs and contribute to subcontractor buyout. -Produce multiple estimates per week, often pricing jobs between $500K–$2M. -Use and adapt Excel-based templates for take-off and pricing. -Attend site visits and build client relationships. -Lead estimates for concrete scopes on industrial brownfield projects.

What You Bring

-Concrete-focused estimating role in industrial brownfield environments. -Strong understanding of field execution and constructability. -Proficiency with Excel (no formal software system). -Strong mentorship under current Estimating Manager. -Familiarity with sitework, demolition, and existing facility constraints. -Experience in brownfield industrial settings (chemical, pharma, pulp & paper). -5+ years of Structural Concrete Estimating (or field operations with estimating experience), preferably in industrial or heavy structural concrete. -Methodical, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple bids simultaneously.
