Tasks
-Submit all documents, staking sheets, and permit packets to applicable permitting entities. -Work with municipalities to ensure design drawings meet requirements for permit applications, and track all related processes. -Attend DB621 training, provide status updates, and participate in quality control review meetings with assigned points of contact. -Interpret existing fiber cable records, staking sheets, as-builts, as-stake, PUE, easement, and ROW/COLO documents. -Manage tracking systems and project management/coordination systems, storing permit-related documents and records in applicable systems. -Attend all project meetings, provide updates, and participate in strategic planning calls with data gathering or tracking information.

What You Bring
-Draw Permit Polygons DB621 and possess ROW/COLO experience. -Ability to obtain necessary information from municipalities or similar entities. -Ability to read and interpret design drawings. -Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to handle multiple documents, files, applications, and processes simultaneously. -Experience in telecommunications, construction, and working with municipalities. -1+ year of experience as a permit coordinator or similar role in telecommunication/fiber projects. -Aerial permitting experience is essential. -Experience communicating effectively with end customers via email and phone. -Proficiency in Excel to log and track information. -Proven experience working remotely with a high degree of trust and accountability.
