We’re looking for true all-rounders — engineers with solid electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical expertise who can confidently handle maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across a range of offshore crane systems.
We are currently seeking experienced, multi-skilled Offshore Crane Technicians for long-term rotational positions supporting crane operations across UK offshore assets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected global engineering team, working with advanced crane systems in a demanding and rewarding offshore environment.
- Comfortable working at height and in offshore conditions.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills on electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Offshore certification (BOSIET & MIST) – training can be provided if required.
- Stable multi-year contract with structured offshore rotations.
- IT literate, with the ability to produce accurate, professional reports.
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Engineering.
- Valid UK or Irish driving licence.
- OPITO Stage 2/3 Crane Operator certification (advantageous but not essential).
- Proven offshore experience in crane maintenance, inspection, and repair.
- Familiarity with PLC control systems and load monitoring systems (e.g. MIPEG or PAT).

Earnings: Circa £65,000 – £70,000 per annum (based on 2/2 rotation)
