Install residential heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and related components.

Tasks

-Stock and maintain your company vehicle -Handle flue piping, gas lines, and refrigerant vacuums -Install heating, cooling, and accessories per manufacturer specs -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Fabricate/install ductwork and transitions -Represent Genz Ryan with professionalism on every job -TAKE YOUR VAN HOME EVERY NIGHT -Walk customers through new system operations

What You Bring

-Great communication and basic tech skills -6+ months of HVAC install experience (residential preferred) -Valid driver's license & clean driving record -Must be 18+ and willing to work within 60 miles of Burnsville, MN -Able to pass a background check and physical work simulation
