-Identify and pursue new reroof and repair opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals -Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction -Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients -Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients -Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs -Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals
