Assistant Superintendent

Oversee construction projects, manage schedules, subcontractors, QA/QC, safety.

Tasks

-Manage subcontractor performance relationships. -Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects. -Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program. -Develop and manage project schedules. -Develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors and other trade partners. -Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects in the areas of commercial/industrial, education, multi-family and/or medical/healthcare. -Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program. -Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.

What You Bring

-To qualify for this position you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a project superintendent. -Are willing to travel and take remote assignments. -Have an understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements. -Are willing to learn new approaches and tools. -Stay on the cutting edge of industry technology and have strong computer skills.
