Tasks

-Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player -Undertaking commercial management services with limited supervision -Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients -Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner -Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships -Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control -Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments -Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects

What You Bring

-BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent -Contract administration skills -Private commercial sector experience – ideally experience gained from some of the following: offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out and refurb -Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) -Sustainability and Data Skills i.e. carbon assessment and Power BI -Proficient CostX or other Cost Planning software -Pre and post-contract experience
