Lead technician supervising mitigation crews for water, fire, mold restoration.

Tasks
-Effectively communicate scope of work with customer -Setting equipment -Perform multiple tasks relating to restoration and mitigation industry including, but not limited to the following: -Lead and supervise work crew assigned to work with you

What You Bring
-Dependable, reliable and responsible -Ability to problem solve without direction -Applicant must be able to lift 70 pounds throughout scheduled shifts -Must pass a background check. -Highly motivated with a team approach -Ability to determine the scope of work -Have a positive attitude and can motivate coworkers -Ability to document scope of work in mitigation applications -Valid driver’s license and good driving record and ability to pass an MVR screening. -Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card. -Accurately complete job “paperwork” -Must be able to work a flexible schedule, accept over-time, and be on an on-call rotation -Ability to work with MICA, Solitaire, and Packout software -2 years Mitigation experience -Hold a high standard of work -IICRC certifications in Water & Fire - preferred but not necessary
