Tasks

-Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete building and facilities projects -Assist in preparing construction documents, reports of findings, and project close-out documentation -Perform complex engineering calculations and utilize structural design software for analysis and design -Work closely with senior technical staff across disciplines -Prepare quantity take-offs and opinions of probable construction costs -Conduct and review structural analysis and design, including calculations, specifications, details, and construction plans -Participate in site investigations, structural assessments, and field reconnaissance

What You Bring

-Must be able to collaborate remotely with colleagues in other offices -E.I.T. certification (required) -Leadership training -Proficiency in REVIT and structural design software such as STAAD or RISA (desirable) -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Self-motivated and eager to learn new technical skills -Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team -Ability to sit for the 16-hour NCEES Structural exam (required) -Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (desirable) -0–5 years of relevant experience -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural coursework (required) -Must be willing to accept periodic out-of-town travel assignments -Must be willing and able to work overtime to meet project demands and deadlines -PE License (desirable)
