Oversee BMS accounting, reporting, controls, and staff to ensure accurate financial performance.

Tasks

-Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. -Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting for the BMS division. -Support compliance with accounting standards, sales tax regulations, and internal controls. -Support operations with financial reporting and analysis to improve business performance and cost control. -Partner with operations to resolve outstanding receivables and provide financial guidance. -Manage bank and account reconciliations, as well as timely financial close processes. -Review and analyze financial results, providing insights and recommendations to management. -Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. -Experience with collections, budgeting, and treasury functions. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. -7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a controller or management role. -Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. -Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff. -Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with operations and senior leadership.
