Oversee construction projects from design to completion, managing budgets, contracts, and coordination.

Tasks
-Participate in weekly team meetings. -Perform detailed takeoffs and assist in estimating projects. -Participate and manage weekly project meetings as appropriate. -Keep progress up-to-date in the project schedule. -Prepare and submit budget changes. -Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors. -Review design drawings and specifications to determine scope of work, intent, and identify potential issues. -Manage bid package addenda. -Develop and maintain the contract document logs (design drawings, specifications, ASI, etc.). -Update and distribute documents such as design drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, potential change items, change orders, schedules, etc. -Expedite submittals as needed to ensure that construction activities aren't delayed. -Generate and process RFIs. -Assist with project closeout; track warranty information, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test reports, etc. -Read and review the project's owner's contract. -Generate a submittal log at the onset of the project. -Assemble and distribute bid packages. -Modify the schedule as required to reflect changes to the owner's contract. -Verify material deliveries for compliance to contract requirements and submittal data. -Meet with clients to review potential project opportunities, review available information, and develop scope of work based on existing conditions and client's intended project. -Review submittals for compliance and compatibility. -Analyze, negotiate, and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract/PO change orders. -Manage subcontractor and vendor communication regarding scope, pricing, and schedule. -Assign costs to the correct job cost structures. -Perform duties timely so as not to delay field activities. -Perform scope and price reviews to ensure complete coverage of the work. -Prepare agenda, take notes, and disseminate subcontractor coordination meeting minutes. -Prepare change orders to the owner's contract in CMiC.
