-Perform marketing and outreach for the property -Maintain and follow up on leasing and application paperwork -Answer phones promptly and respond to all prospect inquiries -Showcase the property to prospects and convert them to qualified residents

What You Bring

-Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed -Record traffic in Yardi -Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred -Yardi software experience preferred -Previous leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred
