Tasks

-Lead design research and material development during concept phases -Support pitch development and contribute to new business efforts -Represent the studio in presentations and on-site meetings -Collaborate with FF&E specialists to establish cohesive material palettes -Produce and contribute to compelling presentation documents and mood boards -Uphold accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables -Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing team environment -Champion consistency in design standards throughout project stages -Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team efficiency -Ensure close collaboration between interior design and FF&E teams -Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders -Oversee the preparation of design and construction documentation -Maintain project management standards and documentation -Shape and guide the creative vision for diverse high-end interior projects (hotels, F&B, spas, etc.) -Manage projects from concept through to completion across all design phases

What You Bring

-Creative thinker and problem solver -Proficient in AutoCAD (essential) -Experience with Revit, Rhino, or 3ds Max is a plus -Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines -Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire design teams -Strong in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office -Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and interior detailing -Extensive portfolio in high-end hospitality, F&B, spas, and hotel projects -Working knowledge of SketchUp -Collaborative mindset with leadership qualities -Strong freehand sketching skills -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -6+ years’ experience in interior design and design-led project management -Professional, diplomatic, and confident in client-facing roles
