Tasks

-Manage the Process: Handle the entire order lifecycle from start to finish, including order entry, billing, and fulfillment. -Manage Inventory: Maintain and organize our stockroom, process returns and coordinate new parts orders to keep inventory levels optimal. -Support the Team: Collaborate directly with our Service team and Road Technicians, locating and securing parts for job estimates and repairs. -Be a Parts Expert: Identify and source the right parts—or suitable alternatives—for our customers, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. -Keep Customers Informed: Provide proactive updates on special orders and back-ordered parts, ensuring a seamless experience.
