  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Stack, organize, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment using shrink wrap and other materials.
  • Manually load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets.

  • 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as required by the department.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
