Tasks

-Assist in underwriting acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations -Update ARGUS models and other portfolio management tools -Participate in meetings with management teams to evaluate strategies and operational approaches -Participate in weekly Investment Committee meetings to observe and contribute to high-level decision-making -Build and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts -Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities from initial valuation through closing -Contribute to variance and liquidity analyses to inform investment decisions -Collaborate with partners and operators to strengthen relationships and drive asset performance -Research market supply and demand fundamentals to assess property and market risk -Join site visits and market tours to understand on-the-ground operations and market dynamics
