Tasks
-Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle -Develop comprehensive program management frameworks to oversee the implementation of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals -Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program success and report status to senior management -Identify risks associated with IT programs and implement appropriate mitigation strategies -Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to establish program objectives, timelines, and resource allocation -Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to inform program strategies and recommendations -Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness -Lead the IT Programs Management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of various IT initiatives -Monitor the progress of programs and projects, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget

What You Bring
-Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT programs from initiation to completion -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find solutions effectively -Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the entertainment or tourism industry; familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives -Expertise in project management tools and methodologies -Thorough understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices (ITIL, Agile, Scrum) -Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) is preferred -Experience: 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT projects in large organizations -Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
