Tasks

-Conduct final inspections of completed structural elements before architectural and finishing works commence. -Verify that all setting-out, leveling, and measurements are executed precisely in accordance with approved drawings. -Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and highlight any delays or deviations with proposed corrective actions. -Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site. -Coordinate between structural, architectural, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution and avoid technical conflicts. -Supervise and manage all on-site structural and architectural works to ensure alignment with approved design drawings and specifications. -Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless coordination. -Assist the Project Manager in reviewing variation orders, preparing progress claims, and compiling as-built documentation. -Review structural drawings, method statements, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility before implementation. -Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and local authority regulations. -Oversee site preparation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and structural finishing stages.

What You Bring

Imperium Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a structural background to oversee the execution of construction and fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards, maintaining quality, safety, and timely project delivery. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management software. -Proven experience in reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation works, preferably on luxury residential or commercial projects. -Strong understanding of UAE building codes, structural design principles, and site supervision practices. -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE as a Site Engineer with a strong structural engineering background. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution. -Excellent technical reporting, communication, and coordination skills. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.
