Tasks

As an Operations Director, you’ll work alongside a team of Operations Managers and fellow senior leaders to provide strategic and hands on leadership to project and site teams including Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers. -Driving performance improvements and best practice across operations -Leading project teams from bid stage through pre-construction, delivery, and handover -Inspiring teams to deliver outstanding results on a diverse range of projects from fast paced repeat schemes to high value, complex refurbishments -Championing health, safety, and quality at every stage -Identifying and mitigating project, functional, and business risks

What You Bring

Location: National (UK) – travelling up to 4 days a week with 2-3 overnight stays required -A strong background in fit-out and refurbishment, ideally with experience leading multi-site project teams -Strong commercial and strategic awareness with the ability to balance client priorities and business goals. -A track record of progressing through site based roles into senior operational leadership
