Tasks
-Monitoring schedule performance, approving payment requisitions, and generating executive-level progress reports -Assigning and maximizing contributions from technical resources supporting the project -Assisting in the development scopes and budgets for building projects -Provide submittal reviews -Expediting actions and actively engaging in resolution of issues arising during design and construction -Managing site-based staff within a fast-paced work environment. -Facilitating meetings and communication across multiple stakeholders and utilizing the latest project management control systems -Evaluating potential Changes in the Work and assisting the client with mitigating construction cost and schedule risks

-Must be able to read and write in English and Japanese -5 years of construction management experience -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management. Waived for 10 years in the field of construction administration. -Federal project experience -CCM certification
