Consistently market and promote getting new work for Ware Malcomb to grow your group. Attend business development/networking functions.
Responsible for the groups organizational chart, project budget reports, review of monthly project revenue projections & monthly financials and the preparation of monthly business reports.
Create and lead a positive, team orientated environment.
Responsible for day to day management of work and team members for the studio.
Partner with internal recruiting team to hire new team members.
Overall responsibility for having all proposals and contracts in place.
