Tasks
-Drive permitting, code research, and agency coordination. -Conduct occasional site visits for existing conditions assessments and construction support. -Work closely with in-house estimating, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed in the field. -Coordinate internal and external teams across architecture, interiors, MEP, structural, and specialty consultants. -Manage all phases of architectural design for multiple concurrent projects, from concept development through construction. -Identify and resolve technical and constructability issues proactively. -Produce complete, accurate construction documents that align with project goals, codes, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring
-Licensed architect preferred, but not required. -Ability to travel occasionally for site coordination and project needs. -Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, life safety, and commercial construction practices. -7+ years of architectural project management experience on complex commercial projects. -Proven track record of managing multiple projects on fast timelines without compromising quality. -Required: Advanced proficiency in Revit - familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred -Advanced proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
