Tasks

-All employees will report accidents and incidents immediately to their supervisors. -Conduct all work in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulations, programmatic standards, and special safety concerns identified by Painters USA for use in a particular area or with a client. -Follow safety procedures, and complete all assigned safety training. -Engages in ongoing career development (career ladder and training opportunities) -Expected and encouraged to participate in safety and health program activities including the: reporting hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents immediately to their supervisors, and wearing required personal protective equipment. -Recognize and correct hazards and report hazards to the appropriate supervisor. -Follows direction given to support safety, quality and production requirements

What You Bring

-Minimum 6 months commercial/industrial painting and coatings experience required -Industry knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies -A quick learner, able to take instruction contributing to high quality and production -Industry safety knowledge & awareness (OSHA10 certification), a plus -Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening -Job site awareness with attention to details (housekeeping, crew support, equipment, et) -Ability to perform in an active and fast-paced production environment -Highly reliable member crew member -Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with clean motor vehicle record (MVR) -Ability to lift up to 15-50lbs, repetitive bending, kneeling, ladder climbing, use of power tools and other equipment, as required
