Tasks
-Create solution frameworks that integrate market intelligence, predictive analytics, and automation -Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in proptech and commercial real estate analytics -Validate problem-solution fit with internal and external stakeholders -Partner with data scientists and software engineers to prototype and build innovative solutions -Analyze current industry practices and identify opportunities for data-driven disruption -Translate business strategy and market requirements into concrete analytics solution designs -Collaborate with product management to align analytics capabilities with the commercial roadmap -Quantify the business impact of proposed analytics solutions

What You Bring
-Deep expertise in CRE market dynamics, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies -Knowledge of machine learning applications in real estate -Track record of innovation or thought leadership in CRE technology -Proven track record in solution design, data analysis, and advanced analytical developments -Extensive knowledge of industry data sources, both traditional and alternative -MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field -Experience with emerging proptech solutions -Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities -10+ years of experience in commercial real estate analytics -Ability to identify market opportunities and design innovative solutions -Understand the Altus business strategy for target markets, personas, and key client pain points that need to be solved
