As the Business Development Manager - Central Region, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. You will play a key role in driving sales for our skip hire and waste management services, contributing to the company’s continued growth and reputation.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts and market trends.
  • Promote and sell skip hire and waste management solutions, tailoring offerings to customer needs.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers.
  • Represent Collard Environmental at industry events, meetings and networking opportunities.
  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities within the Central Region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
