Tasks
-Support delivery of projects within renewable energy sites, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure -Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-voltage (33kV & 132kV) projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards -Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary -Manage CAPEX budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate forecasting -Drive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution -Identify and mitigate risks related to security, safety, and operational integrity -Financial Control:Manage CAPEX budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate forecastingMonitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary -Engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution -Risk & Compliance:Identify and mitigate risks related to security, safety, and operational integrityEnsure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental policies -Stakeholder Management:Engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionProvide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies -Renewables Integration:Support delivery of projects within renewable energy sites, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructureDrive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution -Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies -Ensure alignment with corporate security requirements and regulatory obligations -Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental policies -Programme Delivery:Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-voltage (33kV & 132kV) projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standardsEnsure alignment with corporate security requirements and regulatory obligations

What You Bring
-Professional qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or PMP -Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems (33kV & 132kV) and associated security standards -Familiarity with renewable energy projects and grid integration -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills -Ability to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed locations -Proven experience in programme or project management within the energy or utilities sector -Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills -Experience managing CAPEX budgets and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
