Overview

Assist project teams in all phases of construction projects as an intern.

Tasks

-Assisting with settling contracts -Assisting with coordinating the work between the owner, architect & subcontractors -Assisting with scheduling & updates -Assisting with reviewing all document revisions & clarifications -Assisting during the bid process -Assisting with quality control & safety -Cooperating & working with field project management -Assisting with performing costing, scheduling, estimating & project management -Assisting with ordering & expediting materials -Request for information (RFI) review/submission & maintenance of log -Assisting with preparing billings to owner & submitting change orders -Responding to subcontractor RFIs -Interfacing with subcontractors & suppliers -Assisting with estimates/budgets/value engineering/constructability surveys Assist with writing contracts & purchase orders -Attending weekly progress meetings -Assist with reviewing construction documents & specifications -Assisting with permit process -Assisting with approval of invoices -Assisting with maintaining field record
