Self-employed clinical negligence consultant providing legal support to NHS and private clients.

Tasks
-Provide assistance to solicitors undertaking pre-litigated and litigated matters -Undertake pre-litigation investigation and advisory work -Support the development of relationships with NHS Resolution/Insurer clients and Trust/Insured clients -Provide ad hoc legal services support to our clients -Liaise with Primary Care practitioners of various specialties and backgrounds

What You Bring
-Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work -An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis -A keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels -Ideally experience of claims against Primary Care practitioners -Confidence in working directly with clients -Previous clinical negligence, defendant medical malpractice/insurance, or PI experience -Excellent project management skills -An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
