-Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely. -Execute valuation and appraisal assignments -Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results. -Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or pursuing this. -1-2 years of related work experience. CRE experience/ background is required. -Bachelor’s degree. Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred. -Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships. Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships. -Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
