Tasks

-Complete Health & Safety pre-start paperwork accurately, stay up to date with company policies, and review Risk and Method Statements where applicable. -Provide professional property services across the company, supporting the Operational Property team and managing your own caseload effectively. -Manage key mailboxes and data trackers, analyse spreadsheets, and generate reports to ensure lease actions are completed within service level agreements. -Lead on the management and administration of the Horizon Property Management Database, including user setup, system updates, and continuous improvement of the user experience. -Help maximise rental income by overseeing rent reviews, surrenders, and regrants, while monitoring outgoing payments and liaising with external stakeholders. -Take proactive steps to minimise rental arrears and produce regular performance reports for senior leadership and internal dashboards.

What You Bring

-Hold or be working towards a relevant qualification in Estate or Property Management, with practical experience in the property sector. -A full UK driving licence is required -Confident using property systems such as Horizon Property Management Database, SSRS, Microsoft Office, ARCGIS, and SAP. -Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. -Show resilience, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach when managing a varied workload and responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries. -Able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead for multiple projects and deadlines. -Demonstrate a broad understanding of the property market, ideally with knowledge of United Utilities’ working practices.
