Tasks

-Ensure quality and on‑time delivery from design and preconstruction through completion. -Strengthen and grow relationships with clients (local, regional, national) and other stakeholders by maintaining close alignment on scope, schedule, and budget. -Lead $50M–$150M design‑build projects through the entire project life cycle — from concept to closeout — as the single point of accountability to clients and project teams. -Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology markets. -Support marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand projects and pursue new work. . -Foster trust, innovation, and continuous improvement using lessons learned and emerging technologies.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (required). -Experience in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality. -Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states. -Demonstrated success delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and within budget. -Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation, and leading multidisciplinary teams. -15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment, accountable from early design through construction completion. -Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks in complex project settings. -Adaptive, collaborative leader skilled at building strong relationships and guiding diverse stakeholder groups toward shared goals. -Ability to travel for project needs, client meetings, and industry events.
