Tasks

-Provide insights to support the development of AST’s (Annual Strategic Timelines). Maintain timelines and milestones to ensure completion of product initiatives. -Develop deep knowledge of the assigned product line(s) including features, benefits, competitive advantages and target markets -Consistently communicates and collaborates to support product initiative improvements -Support the planning and execution of product launches, marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts -Communicate about product enhancements or optimizations based on market feedback, customer needs, and industry trends -Partner with marketing, sales, R&D and operations teams to support the Marketing product plans and initiatives -Collaborate with the Product Strategy Manager to execute division-specific strategies and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals -Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address product-related questions, concerns and needs -Supports seamless product launches/initiatives and ensures all stakeholders are well-equipped with product knowledge and resources -Tracks and reports on defined KPIs, supporting data-informed decisions that benefit the Product Strategy department -Enter MRF’s (Marketing Request Forms) for product deliverables including creative strategy, milestones and timelines, specific deliverables, defined assets and the completed creative brief to ensure proper implementation -Coordinate the collection and delivery of assets prior to or while in the Intake workflow (prior to marketing production) -Serve as the internal and external product advocate, educating teams and stakeholders about product offerings -Support training to sales teams to improve product understanding and equip them for effective customer engagements -Gather customer feedback and prepare reports for product divisions to inform future strategies -Obtain costs and quotes that support the Product Strategy Department

What You Bring

-Attention to detail and attentive customer service -Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely. -Demonstrates project management techniques and processes and ability to leverage available project management technologies to meet timelines and milestones -A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, business, engineering or a related field is preferred -Standing / Walking / Climbing. -1-2 years of work experience in marketing, product sales or similar role; manufacturing environment preferred -Possesses a creative, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills -Knowledge of manufacturing operations, product development and sales, marketing strategies and effective deployment of product marketing resources is preferred
