Tasks

-Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures; -Hires and develops employees to create a high-performing team which focuses on providing exceptional customer service, improving margins, and increasing sales and ROI; -Provides monthly and ad-hoc reports to head-office; -Fosters excellence in customer and employee satisfaction; -Identifies new markets - increases market share and margins; -Executes appropriate strategies and actions to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, and manage assets to achieve ROI and bonus targets; -Maintains a safe working environment; -Involvement in the annual budget setting - ensures adherence and follow-up throughout the year. -Safeguards and maintains all branch assets – building, fleet, equipment, inventory and receivables; -Leads team comprised of customer service, sales and warehouse employees. Coaches and inspires staff to strive for excellence in customer service, sales and operations; -Acts as a sales leader for the branch servicing major accounts and actively pursuing new business; -Oversees activities of personnel to ensure efficient operation of the branch;

What You Bring

-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills -Five years + of relevant experience within sales, sales management or branch management in a business-to-business sales environment focusing on small and medium-sized businesses -Understanding of financial statements -College degree in business, marketing or another related field
