Overview
Oversee and manage commissioning of mechanical/HVAC systems for large construction projects.

Tasks
-Lead and manage the testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes. -Prepare, review and manage the commissioning programme, ensuring logical sequencing and alignment with project milestones. -Implement the project's commissioning strategy in alignment with overall delivery goals. -Provide proactive leadership to subcontractor commissioning teams to ensure timely and efficient progress. -Collaborate closely with the construction team to monitor subcontractor and specialist works. -Conduct design and construction reviews. -Attend and document meetings and technical workshops. -Review and provide feedback on commissioning method statements. -Witness both off-site and on-site testing and commissioning activities. -Guide the construction team on commissioning requirements and building readiness for commissioning. -Develop and maintain commissioning lookahead schedules and monitor progress. -Perform pre-commissioning installation inspections and QA walkdowns.

What You Bring
-Experience in the construction building services sector, with a strong track record in commissioning and handing over large, technically complex projects. -Experience in developing and managing master commissioning programmes for major projects. -Proven ability to manage building services subcontractors through installation and commissioning phases. -Proficiency in reviewing and developing method statements and commissioning procedures. -Experience delivering successful project handovers, including client training, commissioning manuals, and O&M documentation. -Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical and HVAC systems commissioning and fault finding.
