To fit right into the team you’ll be friendly, professional and care about the job you do; listen to customers and work with your colleagues to support them as a team; follow procedures that keep you and our customers safe and help us maintain high standards; share our pride in making a real difference. -Maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the administrator or tradespeople of any follow up action that may be required -Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems. -Take part in an On-Call rota providing cover to the Facilities. -Service and repair of:Motors and pumpsFan coil units and associated systemsHVAC control panels -Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate -Operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal -Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group. -Provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.

Listening enables us to work positively and collaboratively, and gives customers, partners and colleagues the assurance that their voices are always heard. -Competent on BMS control systems. -18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification -HVAC control panels -Fan coil units and associated systems -Valid UK Driving licence required due to 30 minute response time for On-Call emergency -Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) -AM2 Practical Skills Assessment -Motors and pumps -Experience in HVAC control systems (desirable) -Qualified Electrician with experience in installation and maintenance work
