The Role

Overview

Manage site activities for water/wastewater treatment projects ensuring safety and quality

Tasks

-Monitor site costs, contribute to progress reports and attend project meetings. -Ensure accurate documentation including Method Statements, Risk Assessments and testing records. -Lead daily site operations to ensure compliance with SHE legislation, contractual timescales and specifications. -Manage Mechanical, Electrical and Civil site installation schemes across water and wastewater treatment sites. -Conduct regular toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings. -Drive a culture of safety, accountability and collaboration. -Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and in-house teams to coordinate delivery and logistics.

What You Bring

-A relevant CSCS card, First Aid training and EUSR accreditation. -An industry-relevant ONC / City & Guilds / NVQ qualification. -SMSTS, IOSH or CITB 5-Day Site Safety certification. -Site-based experience in infrastructure / water-related projects. -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build relationships.
