The Role
Overview
Service & repair of material handling equipment, providing on-site technical support.

Tasks
-Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction -Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation's products and service -Complete all service, repair, warranty, and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high-quality standard -Comply with all Legal and company standards, such as the code of conduct and H&S practices. -This role will involve also travelling to other areas depending on what the Coordinators have scheduled in workwise -Build strong rapport and relationships with customers, through professional behaviour and a customer-focused mindset -Working on a variety of Material Handling equipment - Working on quite large equipment at times

What You Bring
-Able to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams -Good IT literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills. -Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications to Level 3 - ESSENTIAL -Fault find and diagnostics of CANBUS Systems, as well as electrical fault finding -Flexibility to travel as the location will depend on what the Coordinators have scheduled -Must be ok to work from heights - ESSENTIAL -Must be flexible and very adaptable -Experienced multi-skilled engineering experience with heavy plant equipment and working with Hydraulic Systems ESSENTIAL -Experience coming from a Heavy Plant / Material Handling background is ESSENTIAL
