Tasks

-Manage quality assurance, including inspection and punch list items. -Mentor and coach direct reports. -Plan and sequence all work; identify and manage the resources required to maintain a successful schedule and site logistics. -Coordinate construction activities, shutdowns, testing and inspections. -Participate in establishing the project budget and executing cost control measures. -Contribute to project start-up and close-out efforts. -Manage all field activities and personnel on site; you are the safety leader of the construction site. -Manage relations with our clients, subcontractors and vendors.
