Oversee building maintenance, staff, vendors, and emergencies at The Beacon.

Tasks
-Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess building systems and identify maintenance needs. -Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans. -Assist with Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks. -Monitor project budgets and timelines. -Assist with identifying and implementing cost-saving measures through vendor partnerships. -Provide technical guidance and support to the onsite Maintenance team. -Assist with analyzing energy usage data and recommend energy-saving measures. -Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs to optimize building performance and minimize downtime. -Assist with negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs. -Assist in conducting regular emergency drills and training sessions. -Conduct performance reviews and providing feedback. -Respond to emergency calls and coordinate response efforts. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. -Supervise, train and develop the assigned Maintenance team -Oversee vendor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms. -Provide technical expertise and support for construction projects. -Assist in planning and executing capital improvement projects.

What You Bring
-Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening -Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems -Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance or facilities management with at least 2-3 years of experience leading a team of technicians -High School Diploma or GED Equivalent -OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 -Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite -CPO as needed -HVAC Fire Director Certification -EPA/608 Certification -Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus. -Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
