Tasks
Main Goal: Increase Sales Revenue & Sales Efficiencies across SPF’s territories by coaching & developing Outside Sales Representatives (OST’s) -Handling upset clients (in collaboration with Head of Customer Success). -Managing territories to achieve sales revenue targets & closing ratios. -Build, develop, recruit and retain a winning team of active and aggressive OSTs. -Train and coach OSTs to continuously improve Key Performance Metrics and increase their earnings through a combination of team training sessions and one-on-one interactions. -Motivate & hold OSTs accountable for capturing sales opportunities through networking, strategic business partnerships, business-to-business and client relationships, and targeted neighborhood canvassing. -Develop & refine sales skills and techniques of the team through coaching conversations. -Meet sales hiring targets by partnering with our People Operations team and continuously prospecting. -Identify prospective client markets/hotspots and help develop creative strategies for selling into them. -Conduct annual appraisals of direct reports’ performance and take corrective action as required. -Training consultants on “The SPF Way” of selling, closing, and negotiating Ride-alongs in each territory. -Educate sales team on products, service offerings, and newest promotions. -Field daily phone calls, emails, and notes from Outside Sales Consultants pertaining but not limited to: T.O.s and discounting questions. -Keep Outside Sales Consultants up to date on all internal changes -Manage and Collaborate with the Sales Growth Specialists (SGSs) on SPF Sales Training Documentation. -Collaborate with VP of Sales on:Outside Sales Consultant (OST) performanceMTD Revenue vs. QuotaRPAClosing RatioProcesses and procedures to improve sales-to-production efficiencyTerritory revenue budgetsTerritory revenue goals and how to achieve themOST quotasDocumentation to hold sales consultants accountableContinued learning through coaching conversations & SPF Sales AcademyNew product introductions

What You Bring
We are looking for qualified individuals with 3+ years of in-home Sales Management Experience only -Ability to thrive in an interchangeable work environment where at times the needs may be in the field with your team and other times remotely in a work from home setting. -Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening and weekend events. -Physical and online resources for consultants to reference Eloomi training modules for technical training. -Demonstrated passion for mentoring and coaching sales employees to success. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. -3+ years of successful experience leading, motivating, and developing a highly dynamic and aggressive outside, in-home sales team. -Established professional network in local community preferred -Must possess strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to coach and mentor others in a sales environment. -Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives -Documentation to hold sales consultants accountable -Strong and effective communication, analytical and presentation skills.
