Tasks

-Establish vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for equipment and materials. -Evaluate cost-effective solutions and procurement of materials. -Conduct inspections and follow up on completed work to ensure quality and compliance. -Supervise and lead a team of plumbing technicians and support staff. -Ensure that the plumbing service department complies with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. -Prepare and manage the plumbing service department's budget. -Stay up to date with industry regulations and guidelines. -Ensure that technicians follow industry standards, safety guidelines, and best practices. -Manage plumbing parts and equipment inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies. -Present findings and recommendations to senior management. -Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance as needed. -Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters. -Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely responses. -Generate regular reports on the department's performance, including service metrics and financial data. -Schedule work assignments, monitor job progress, and ensure projects are completed on time. -Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. -Provide training, guidance, and support to technicians to help them maintain high-quality service standards. -Monitor and control expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to optimize profitability. -Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure services meet or exceed industry standards. -Maintain positive client relationships by addressing their plumbing service needs and concerns.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills needed. -Ohio or Kentucky master plumber license greatly preferred. -Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required. -Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required. -Experience using ServiceTitan a huge plus! -Associates degree in a related field preferred. -A minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams in a residential plumbing service operation required. -A minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential plumbing experience required. -High school diploma or GED required.
