Tasks

-Monitoring cost control, forecasting, and reporting to senior management -Overseeing procurement, subcontractor agreements, and commercial performance -Liaising with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve buildability issues -Managing end-to-end delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use projects -Leading site teams and fostering collaboration across trades and project stakeholders -Driving program, quality, and safety objectives across all stages of delivery

What You Bring

-Strong commercial and contractual acumen -Experience within a developer-builder environment will be highly regarded -Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills -Proven track record managing projects $40M+ from start to finish -5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with high-end residential or mixed-use projects
