What You Bring

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with deep commercial expertise and the ability to implement transparent, value-driven processes that enhance efficiency and support business objectives. -18+ years’ experience in procurement and commercial management within major UAE/GCC developers or contractors -Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or similar (Master’s/MRICS/PMP an advantage) -Experience negotiating high-value procurement packages -Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, EOT, change management, and commercial risk mitigation -Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong stakeholder-management skills -Leadership experience managing and developing commercial/procurement teams -Proven ability to standardise tendering and procurement procedures -High integrity and commitment to transparency
