Tasks

-Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy -Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff members -Ensure that jobs are completed according to contract and within budget -Work with Business Development to identify and achieve new contract maintenance sales goals -Manage relationships with vendors -Develop delivery schedule deadlines and oversee the development of production planning and schedule creation -Oversee safety, training, and DOT compliance -Conduct performance appraisals and compensation reviews coordinated with Human Resources -Responsible for performance through Contribution Margin line -Work with the Executive Team to establish and maintain the branch’s annual budget -Work with Executive Team to evaluate equipment purchasing and set-up -Implements safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly to reduce risk and protect the workforce -Direct supervisor of Client Relations Managers and oversee all customer accounts -Work with Production Managers to monitor safety, quality, and productivity on an ongoing basis -Budget control of departmental expenses -Responsible for demonstrating and living out the company fundamentals and culture -Budget control of hours and productivity of production personnel -Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and production data to the Executive Team -Works with Client Managers and Sales Team to ensure that Enhancement Pipelines and Sales Goals are being achieved -Manages difficult client/customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance and meets commitments -Monitor monthly financial performance -Communicate with Human Resources to address corrective and disciplinary actions, personnel staffing needs and training needs -Monitors, mentors, and leads branch team in order to balance company goals with employee satisfaction -Oversees the daily workflow of the department -Oversee and monitor daily production of landscape maintenance and enhancements, turf, ornamental applications, irrigation, and snow removal -Work with Office Administrator and Team to insure that Aspire is being updated and managed properly -Models and enforces all company policies and procedures -Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations -Monitors, mentors, and leads branch team to balance company goals with employee satisfaction -Manage key relationships with clients in support of Client Managers and Production Managers -Establish staffing levels for each month based upon need -Administer preventive maintenance program and manage equipment repair and replacement -Work with CRM team to achieve renewal and retention goals -Occasionally works with mechanical objects and outside in all weather conditions

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s management systems -Frequently required to drive for short to long distances within assigned territory -Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate -Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand, and walk -Must be able to see at close vision, distant vision, peripherally, have depth perception and can adjust focus -Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and deals with frequent change, delays, and/or unexpected events -Bachelor’s degree in, or related field required -Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality -Exceptional Customer Experience – Delighting our Clients with our Products and Services -Frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls -Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills -A minimum of three years of management experience preferred -Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds -Consistently arrive to work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management directions, and absorbs feedback to improve performance
