Tasks

-Convert Primavera P6 to other program formats as required. -Manage and assess delivery contractor’s programme. -Run risk analysis in Primavera P6. -Run a monthly schedule analysis showing actual versus planned progress during the past period. -Cost and resource load program, produce resource histograms and identify problem areas, produce cash flow forecasts. -Provide cash flow data for projects using Primavera P6. -Regular updates of contract program to protect rights for delay claims and associated contractual rights. -Develop programs in Primavera P6 based on construction and contract requirements. -Through forensic program analysis, support the projects in contractual extension of time claims.

What You Bring

-Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and associated planning software -Over 10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry, ideally combining on-site delivery with pre-contracts planning -Strong background in water infrastructure projects, with Sydney Water experience highly regarded -All successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and criminal history check. -Applications will only be accepted from candidates who have the right to work in Australia -Proven track record in developing and managing construction programmes within complex civil environments -Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical expertise -Solid understanding of diverse contracting models and the mechanics of claims and extensions of time
