Tasks

-Preparation and implementation of key environmental and contamination management documents. -You will lead simple and moderately complex pursuits as appropriate and provide support as a bid team member for the pursuit of more complex opportunities -Planning and execution of moderately complex projects. You will provide technical guidance to support others on such projects. You may also perform project management and client-facing roles where appropriate. You will be supported by senior technical and project delivery leaders and you will support more junior members of the team -You will collaborate with other project support teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to help deliver successful project outcomes for Confluence Water and you will support the broader business by providing informal leadership.

What You Bring

-An appreciation of other environmental consultancy disciplines e.g., ecology, hydrogeology, hydrology, soil science, and cultural heritage would be advantageous. -Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and familiarity with videoconferencing practices. -Work experience in consulting is advantageous, particularly within the field of contaminated land assessment, or having had any prior involvement in preparing technical reports. -Strong attention to detail and an appetite to learn and develop technical skills relevant to contaminated land assessment -Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Geology, Earth Sciences with professional or consultancy experience -You will have good knowledge of the regulatory framework and technical elements of the contaminated land sector within NSW, and be able to apply this knowledge to support the delivery of construction works within Confluence Water

Benefits

-Competency using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to produce maps and drawings would also be an advantage, although in-house training can be provided to help develop your skills in this area.
