-Taking a proactive approach to building product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale. -Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers. -Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone -Use a customer relationship management system. -Generate new business with existing and new customers. -Providing quotations for customers -Lead qualifying.
