Tasks

-Ordering materials. -Focus on delivering high-quality architecturally designed renovations, extensions and new build homes. -Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. -Will work closely with the Project Manager and company Director. -Site management of trades and staff. -Scheduling trades. -Foreman / Site Manager to deliver a $6m project from start to finish.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience of delivering high-end luxury home builds from start to finish. -10th year of trading. -At least 5 years’ experience at Site Manager / Site Foreman level. -Reading and interpreting architectural plans. -Trade qualified carpentry background - Certificate III Carpentry
